Fees for Bookings as of 1st May 2019

Fees are charged as a nightly rate in a similar fashion to booking hotel accommodation. At Catnook we offer our guests a late checkout on the day of pick up. There is no charge for the day of collection as long as it is prior to 12 p.m.
Any guests collected after 12 pm will be charged for the extra night.

Standard suites both Indoor only or Indoor/ Outdoor.

• $22.00 per guest per night including GST
• $33.00 for double (same family) per night including GST. (shared suite)

Extra Large suites Indoor/Outdoor

• $26.00 per guest per night including GST
• $37.00 for double guests (same family) per night including GST. (shared suite)
• Each Additional Cat $11.00 Including GST

Long term boarding available (over two months) Price on application
Local Pick up and delivery available :- at standard ATO business Km. rate.

Cancellation Fees.
Changes to plans will happen from time to time and we understand this. However we require at least two weeks notice for any cancellation during non school holiday periods and at least three weeks notice for all school holiday periods, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Closing dates 2020- Holiday planning.
Catnook will be closed on the following dates:-

• Feb 2020 from 1st Feb to 9th Feb.
• June 2020 from 5th June to 16th June

Bookings Holiday periods

Bookings can be arranged on line through the website link or via phone or email contact.

All School Holidays, especially the Easter, Xmas and New Year periods are always in high demand. To avoid disappointment, it is always advisable to book these periods well in advance.

All Christmas bookings at Catnook Cattery are required to be a minimum of 10 days when booking within the Victorian school holiday term 4 period. Booking fees must be paid by the 30th of November for this time otherwise the booking can’t be guaranteed.

Easter bookings must be paid in full 14 days prior to Easter. All Easter bookings at Catnook Cattery are required to be a minimum of 7 days when booking any days within the range of Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday or Easter Monday.

Catnook Cattery will not provide a refund or credit for any early returns/ removal of pets prior to pre-arranged collection dates during any school holiday periods.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:-

• Cash
• Direct Deposit. (If paying by direct deposit this must be deposited and cleared prior to your collection date or provide a copy of a direct deposit receipt. Account and BSB details will be provided on request).
• Credit & Debit Cards.(Credit option will incur a bank credit surcharge)

Handy pre arrival check list

• A Current Vaccination F3 minimum - must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cats must be over three months of age.
• Please ensure that your cat has been treated for fleas and worms at least seven days prior to booking in.
• If you already have a registration form for our cattery, please bring this with you.
• Any medications, clearly labelled and with all relevant instructions.
• We provide bedding, however if you would like to bring a small special blanket or item of clothing that you would prefer your cat to have during his/her stay please feel free to do so. (Do not wash before hand).
• Any special foods, (Veterinary prescribed) and special feeding instructions must be clearly labelled.
• Label your cat carrier with your cats name and your surname.
